Our Story
Built on technical rigour and practical experience
WM Sustainability was founded with a clear purpose: to make sustainability compliance simpler, clearer and more accessible for the professionals shaping the UK’s built environment. We work closely with architects, project managers, contractors and construction teams, providing practical sustainability expertise that supports projects from design through to completion. Our approach is straightforward—clear advice, technical knowledge and solutions that work in practice, without unnecessary complexity.
Our work supports commercial projects throughout the building lifecycle, from early-stage BREEAM pre-assessments at RIBA Stage 2 through to ESOS compliance for large organisations. Every assessment is led by an advisory professional, with a focus on accuracy, practical advice and clear communication. We work closely with project teams to provide the right information at the right time, helping keep sustainability requirements on track and projects moving forward.

Credentials & Accreditations
Qualified to assess
Our assessors hold current accreditations from the relevant professional bodies. All BREEAM assessments are carried out by BRE-licensed assessors; commercial EPCs are lodged by accredited non-domestic energy assessors; ESOS assessments are signed off by a registered Lead Assessor.

Director
Wayne founded WM Sustainability following a decade of experience in building services engineering and sustainability consultancy. He is a qualified BREEAM Assessor, Non-Domestic Energy Assessor and ESOS Lead Assessor, with experience delivering assessments across a diverse range of projects—from single-floor office fit-outs to large-scale mixed-use developments. His practical, project-focused approach combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by design and construction teams.
