What is a commercial EPC?
A commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates the energy efficiency of a non-domestic building on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). EPCs are a legal requirement when a commercial property is built, sold, or let.
Under the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), commercial properties must achieve a minimum EPC rating of E before they can be let. WM Sustainability provides accredited EPC assessments and practical advice on improving ratings to meet compliance requirements and investor expectations.

Site Survey
Our accredited assessor carries out a thorough site survey, recording building fabric, services, and any relevant features.
Assessment & Modelling
We model the building using accredited software, producing an accurate EPC rating based on the as-built or as-existing condition.
Certificate Lodgement
The EPC is lodged on the national register and the certificate and recommendation report are issued to you promptly.
