A full BREEAM New Construction assessment was undertaken for an industrial estate comprising ten individual units of varying size and scale. The development achieved an Excellent rating, with an overall score of 72.48%.

Local Authority Property Portfolio
Delivered a multi-year programme of non-domestic EPC assessments across a local authority property portfolio, covering a diverse range of buildings including offices, retail units and light industrial workshops. EPCs were produced for the portfolio to support compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) requirements. Alongside the assessments, we developed a comprehensive MEES recommendations report, providing a clear roadmap for achieving compliance, improving energy performance and helping future-proof the portfolio against potential changes to energy efficiency regulations.

Retail Group ESOS Phase 2 & 3
Support delivered to a mid-sized charity with ESOS Phase 3 compliance across its retail operations, which included multiple outlets throughout the county selling donated goods. A detailed energy audit was undertaken to identify the organisation’s highest energy-consuming processes and opportunities for improvement. The findings were consolidated into a clear, board-level recommendations report, providing practical measures to reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency and support the organisation’s wider sustainability objectives.
